Amaad Dowdell, MSW

Amaad Dowdell is a seasoned Health Promotional Consultant at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of disabled and senior populations. Armed with a Bachelor's in Social Work from Jacksonville State University (2010) and a Master's in Social Work from Southern Adventist University (2016), Amaad boasts over fifteen years of impactful experience in various social work domains.

Throughout his career, Amaad has passionately addressed the needs of disadvantaged youth and adults, advocating for homeless individuals, elderly women, mental health, non-profit initiatives, the LGBTIA community, and low-income neighborhoods. He is driven by a profound belief in giving a voice to those often unheard.

Amaad attributes his success to his unwavering faith, consistently acknowledging the glory to God in his endeavors to make a positive difference. His encouraging words and humble attitude inspire others to work hard and succeed. Amaad draws daily inspiration from his beautiful wife and his joyous daughter.
