Latoya currently works in the Federal Government sector serving on various training groups within the Federal Government and also creating a Mentorship Program to connecting Senior Consumer Complaint Coordinators within the FDA to new members just starting out. Latoya has conducted and developed brown bag trainings focusing on elevating the profession as whole. Latoya's focus is helping others to climb the ladder together.

As a registered yoga instructor, Latoya also conducts healing yoga workshops for agencies.

Latoya received her MSSW from the University of Tennessee, her BSBA from University of Phoenix and her Associate of Applied Science in Network Systems from Devry.
